Whether you’re new to weight training or an expert, this guide is for everyone. Starting at a beginner level and working its way up, you will perform 4- 5 workouts a week with each day being different muscle groups. You will have 2 leg days a week, with the other 2-3 days being upper body. You will need full access to a gym to complete this guide.
