It’s a 4-week guide that includes 4 workouts per week. You will need a gym for this program.

Description

TUF BRITT is a comprehensive workout program made in collaboration with The TUF Club. This 4-week program is designed for those at the intermediate/advanced level who want to gain muscle mass. These workouts will test you mentally and physically and yield amazing results. This is where you have the freedom to really listen to your body and see how you feel each day. You have 4 days out of the 7 days to get the work in and get it done. Always allow your body to fully recover before training the same muscle group again. Stretching and foam rolling will be key for recovery in this program.
This program includes:
  • NEW! Reference videos for exercises
  • NEW! 16/8 intermittent fasting schedule and a 1-week sample meal plan
  • Nutritional tips with suggested daily calorie intake
  • 4 detailed workouts per week – 16 total
